How to convert Flash to iPod

Step 1: Import Flash File
There are two methods to to add Flash files from your hard disc:
1). Click the "Import" button.
2). Click the Import button next to the "Import" button and choose Add Files:

Step 2: Edit File

Click the "Edit" icon on the main interface to edit the selected file.

Crop: You can select an area from the video by dragging the crop frame. As you drag the crop frame, the X value, the Y value, the width and the height can be viewed in the "Cropped Area" pane. If you want to redo the selection, you can click the Full Area button.
Switch file: Under the crop screen, you can click the two arrow buttons to navigate through all the added files.
Add Watermark: The program allows you to add a watermark to your video. Check the Add Watermark option and select a picture from your hard disc as the watermark of the current file. The opacity of the added watermark can be adjusted by dragging the Opacity adjustment bar.

Step 3: Settings

Click the "Settings" button to set the output setttings for the selected file.

Output Format: Select an output format for the selected file.
Video:
Encoder: Select a video encoder for the video conversion.
Resolution: Choose the appropriate resolution for the final video.
Frame Rate: Choose a frame rate for the final video. The program allows you to choose to keep the original frame rate.
Bit rate: Choose a bit rate for the final video. Bit rate is the amount of data being decoded per second.
Aspect Ratio: Choose an aspect ratio for the final video The program also allows you to choose to keep the original aspect ratio or fill the full screen.
Audio:
Encoder: Select an audio encoder for the audio conversion.
Sample Rate: Choose an appropriate sample rate for the final audio.
Channel: Choose an audio channel for the final audio.
Bit rate: Choose a bit rate for the final audio.

Step 4: Convert Movie

Click the "Convert" icon to start the conversion:

Output Folder: Set the output folder by specifying a folder on your hard disc to save the converted files.
Shut down computer when conversion completed: Check this option if you want to shut down your computer right after the conversion. This option is useful when you have to be away from your computer for some time.
Open folder when conversion completed: Check this option if you want to open the folder (output folder) where the converted files are saved right after the conversion.

After you finish the above settings, click "Start" to start the conversion. Then you can just wait till the conversion is finished. The elapsed time and remaining time of the conversion can be found under the process bars for your reference.
