This guide will show you how to rip DVD, remove DRM protection from video and audio, convert HD video, convert regular video/audio, burn DVD, transfer video and audio files to portable devices with Media Converter Ultimate.

Part 1: Rip DVD, remove DRM, convert HD video and regular video/audio
Step 1: Add files
* Click "Add..." to add files: DRM video or audio, HD video, regular video/audio files.
* Click "Load DVD" button to load DVD disc. You can also load DVD Folder, ISO File, IFO File by clicking the drop-down arrow next to the "Load DVD" button.



Step 2: Output Settings
You can set the output settings for the selected file in this area.



Step 3: Converting files
After finishing all the necessary settings and editing, you can click "Start" to start converting your file.

Part 2: Burn video to DVD
Step 1: After you click Tools -> Burn to DVD, you will open the dialog below for you to load files for burning.



You can add video files by clicking "Add Files" or "Add Folder" button.
Step 2: To burn a DVD, you need to choose a menu. In the second step, you will come to the menu settings window as below:



Menu Template: You can drag the scroll bar to choose a template in the left display window. The result will be shown in the right display window.
* Note: You can choose the fist template No Menu if you don't want a DVD menu.
* Note: After choose a template, if you don't like the background image, you can also click the button Set Background Image to choose other image from your computer as the background image.

Step 3: After finishing the menu settings, you will come to the burning settings window as below:



Step 4: After the menu settings and burning settings, you can start burning the DVD.
You will get the burning window as below:



You can choose "Shut down computer when conversion completed" or "Open output folder when conversion completed" according to your need.

Part 3: How to copy video/auido to device
After you click Tools -> Copy to Device, you will open the dialog below for you to load files for transferring.



To copy files to device, you need to select a mobile device first, then you can add video or audio files by clicking "Add Files" or "Add Folder" button, click "OK" to start transferring files.
